The no-slip hold maintains desired fit even in physically active jobs or extreme weather conditions, while the full brim provides protection from sun and rain. The ratchet mechanism is cushioned with a thick sponge padding for comfort. Brow pad is removable, washable, and replaceable. Features goggle retaining slots on suspension.
