Shipping

We offer the following UPS shipping options:

Next Day Air A.M. (by 10:30 AM)
Next Day Air Saver (by 3:00 PM)
2nd Day Air
3-Day Select
UPS Standard Ground

Shipped and Home Delivery products: You may have your product shipped or delivered to your home via one of our available shipping or home delivery options. We ship orders on normal business days, which are Monday through Friday excluding government holidays. Weekend shipment of orders is not currently available. For our Express Air service (i.e. next business day arrival), your order must be completed before 1 p.m. Eastern Time in order for it to ship the same day. Orders requesting our other shipping methods will ship within 2 business days from when the order was completed.

Freight charges applied at check out are estimated charges for standard, ground shipping through UPS only. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or to any international destination will incur additional shipping/handling charges, which will be applied at time of shipment. You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products can not be shipped to incomplete addresses.

Payment Options

We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We are unable to accept cash, checks, C.O.D. orders and wire transfers for any website purchases.

International order

All international orders must be paid by cashier's check ONLY unless you are part of TSA's National Account.

Limitations and exclusions

We reserve the right to change Product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website. Online sales are intended for, and limited to, domestic sales only. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance.

If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. We will not ship to foreign locations. Warranties for exported Products may vary or be null and void.

Errors on our website or printed materials

Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Return and Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with a product, TSA will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 30 days of the sale date. ALL RETURNS WILL INCUR AN 18% RESTOCKING FEE. (There is no restocking fee for returns on defective products or on exchanges).

NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card or a mail refund check will be issued for a purchase made with a gift card as the sole payment method. Allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned Product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing items such as manuals and/or accessories. For Product that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expense on the Product that you return or exchange.

Guarantee

If your not completely satisfied, simply return it within 30 days of purchase and we’ll make it right.

Price matching Guarantee

Find a lower advertised price from another store with the same item in stock, and we'll gladly match their price. Price matching does not apply to special offers or promotions, including rebates, mail-in offers, free-with-purchase offers, limited quantity offers, bundled promotions and special financing.

Restrictions on the Sale

TSA restricts the sale of selected products such as, but not limited to, embroidered and screen printed products. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-304-7189 for more details. When you place an order for products that are subject to any legal restrictions, you warrant to us that you are authorized to make such purchase, and you are in compliance with all local, state and federal laws concerning same. As a double check to protect the public, please understand that we may verify employment of any person ordering such items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
