RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Transportation Safety Apparel LLC will repair, replace, exchange or refund an item if the customer is not completely satisfied with the recent purchase. Items can be returned up to one year from purchase date. Return instructions are as follows:
Contact us with one of the following methods: email@example.com, call us at (866) 304-7189, use the live chat at the bottom right hand corner, or bring in the item you want to return to one of our two locations. Once you have a RMA number we will send you a shipping label that can be printed and attached to the box you received your order in. Please include the packing slip inside the return box and write the RMA # on two sides of the return package.

TSA will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes that were charged (except where an item is repaired and returned).
Special order items or items that have been altered, decorated, engraved, customized, or otherwise embellished at the request of a customer cannot be returned unless the return is related to a TSA error.
All clearance items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned.
Gift certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.
A Returns Authorization number is required for ALL purchases made by government agency or business customers; contact an assigned account manager or customer service representative.
Returns for products that are Hazardous Materials or ORM-D (including but not limited to self-defense sprays, chemical kits, select first aid kits and components, road flares, and fire extinguishers) cannot be accepted. If you are unsure if the product you are returning is a Hazardous Material or ORM-D, please contact TSA’s Customer Service.
The original packing slip should accompany all returns or the return must include the original order number associated with the return.
